Last updated: 12 September 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Worklance Connect handles personal information submitted through our recruitment, employer and partner workflows.

1. Information we collect

Depending on the service you use, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, city/state, education, work history, salary/CTC information, notice period, skills, resume/CV, job preferences, employer/company details, partner details, communications, application status and basic technical/security logs.

2. Why we use it

We use information to process job applications, match candidates with relevant openings, coordinate interviews and hiring stages, respond to enquiries, support employer mandates, manage approved recruitment partners, prevent fraud/abuse, maintain audit history and comply with applicable contractual or legal obligations.

3. Who we may share data with

Candidate information may be shared with relevant employers, authorized recruitment personnel and approved service/technology providers only where needed for recruitment operations. Employer and partner information may be shared with authorized Worklance personnel and service providers supporting the requested workflow. We do not publish resumes or contact details as public data.

4. Retention

As an operational default, candidate profiles and recruitment history may be retained for up to 36 months after the most recent meaningful activity; employer/partner enquiries may be retained for up to 24 months; essential security logs may be retained for up to 12 months. Records may be kept longer where required for an active mandate, dispute, audit, accounting, contract or legal obligation. A valid deletion request can shorten these periods where retention is not otherwise required.

5. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or withdraw consent for future processing where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate legal, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.

6. Security

We use access controls, authenticated CRM access, audit logging, HTTPS transport and server-side validation appropriate to the information processed. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies may be used for security and basic site operation. Optional analytics or similar technologies should only be enabled in accordance with the choices described in our Cookie Policy.
